Phyathai-Paolo Group Wins Asia’s Top Healthcare Marketing Award
Thai hospital group honoured for pioneering sustainable marketing and patient-centered innovation.
The Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group has won the title of Asia’s Marketing Company of the Year 2024 at the Asia Marketing Excellence Awards, organized by the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) on November 8, 2024, in the Philippines.
This award positions Phyathai-Paolo as the first Thai hospital group to achieve this recognition, highlighting its role in elevating Thailand’s healthcare through innovative and sustainable marketing strategies.
Receiving the award on behalf of the group were Mr. Supakorn Phawanna, Marketing Executive Director; Ms. Wanida Setthasawet, Director of Corporate Brand Marketing & Public Relations; and Ms. Supapron Ngerndee, Business Strategy & Special Projects Manager. Their collective work demonstrates Phyathai-Paolo’s commitment to advancing sustainable healthcare across Asia by integrating technology that enhances patient care.
Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group emphasizes a comprehensive approach to healthcare, supporting patients from prevention through rehabilitation. Key innovations include AI-driven EKG systems for accurate heart rhythm monitoring, Never Pressure Injuries (NPI) mattresses designed for better patient comfort, and the Health Up app, which connects users with services such as virtual doctor consultations and appointment scheduling.
This AMF award also marks Thailand’s return to the forefront of Asia’s healthcare recognition after seven years. An upcoming feature on Phyathai-Paolo’s marketing achievements in AMF’s journal will share their approach with healthcare marketers worldwide, highlighting sustainable, high-quality care as a standard for Asian healthcare providers.
