A groundbreaking partnership connects advanced healthcare and financial services, focusing on seamless care for Cambodia.
Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group, represented by Chief Financial Officer Paiboon Fuengfuskul and Chief Medical Officer Anantasak Apairatana, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL). Krungsri was represented by Chief Strategy Officer Pairote Cheunkrut and ASEAN Business Group Head Pathatai Kulachan. This collaboration aims to integrate innovative medical technology with financial solutions, enhancing healthcare services for ASEAN customers, starting with Cambodia.
The initiative, known as the “ASEAN Privilege” program, introduces interconnected services such as cashless payment systems and telemedicine. These features simplify access to quality healthcare and ensure a smooth patient journey. According to Paiboon Fuengfuskul, this partnership prioritizes convenience, speed, and improved medical services for users.
Krungsri’s Pairote Cheunkrut highlighted the collaboration’s goal to cater to ASEAN customers’ needs by blending healthcare and financial systems. Customers will benefit from personalized medical care at Phyathai-Paolo hospitals, integrated payment systems, and online platforms, making healthcare more accessible. Cambodian customers of Hattha Bank, a Krungsri Group financial institution, will be the first to enjoy telemedicine and cross-border medical consultations at affordable rates.
ASEAN Business Group Head Pathatai Kulachan emphasized Krungsri’s role in expanding healthcare access through its strong regional network. The collaboration will drive new solutions, broaden the customer base, and establish a robust ecosystem for seamless healthcare services across ASEAN.
Krungsri plans to extend additional privileges for its customers, including exclusive discounts and special services like the “Tele Ambulance” feature. These advancements aim to improve well-being and modernize health services in the region.
Dr. Anantasak Apairatana shared Phyathai-Paolo’s commitment to enhancing patient care through advanced services, a multidisciplinary team, and a “Value-based Healthcare” approach. The collaboration with Krungsri aligns with their mission to deliver patient-focused services tailored to individual needs.
