A Decade of Sundae Kids: Exploring Art, Memories, and Reflection

Celebrate 10 years of Sundae Kids’ creative journey at River City Bangkok’s anniversary exhibition.

River City Bangkok is hosting “Sundae Kids: 10 Years of Lost and Found,” an exhibition marking a decade of artistic storytelling by the celebrated duo. This immersive showcase, which opened on 27 November 2024, encourages visitors to reflect on life’s moments of gain and loss while exploring the evolution of Sundae Kids’ creative expression.

Zones for Reflection and Discovery

The exhibition unfolds across five distinct zones: Intro, Heart, Found, Lost, and Mail Room, each crafted to evoke deep introspection and personal connection.

The Intro Room sets the stage with thought-provoking questions that inspire visitors to revisit their past, such as:

• What did you let go of to hold onto joy?
• What memories do you wish to retrieve?

The Heart Room challenges guests to make an irreversible choice by selecting one door to open, symbolizing life’s pivotal decisions. Each participant leaves with a postcard as a keepsake of their chosen path.

In the Found Room, the duo’s decade-long journey comes to life through comics, illustrations, sculptures, and an animation space. Visitors can delve into Sundae Kids’ milestones and cherished memories presented in a timeline format.

The Lost Room highlights their extensive artwork collection, each piece paired with stories that reveal the emotions and narratives behind the creations.

A Personal Connection

The Mail Room offers an interactive experience where guests use postcards received earlier to write messages for themselves or others. Visitors can choose to send these letters immediately, a year later, or even after a decade, with Sundae Kids handling the delivery.

Artistic Highlights and Souvenirs

The exhibition features a variety of Sundae Kids’ creations, including their largest sculpture to date, alongside exclusive merchandise such as art toys, prints, keychains, and comics. Visitors can take home mementos of this inspiring journey.
