Thai Wah Public Company Limited (TWPC) has teamed up with Japan’s Fuji Nihon Corporation (FNC) to launch a strategic joint venture. This partnership will focus on developing, manufacturing, and distributing tapioca starch and related products, reinforcing their commitment to innovation in the agri-food sector.

The joint venture will operate from Thailand, with TWPC holding 51% and FNC 49% of the shares. The collaboration will support TWPC’s strategy to enhance its presence in the Asia-Pacific market, tapping into new regions and strengthening its distribution network.

“This partnership reflects our focus on advancing food innovation while ensuring sustainability,” said Mr. Ho Ren Hua, CEO of TWPC. “By joining forces with Fuji Nihon, we aim to expand our global market reach and improve tapioca processing.”
