TOA Venture Holding Co., Ltd. (TOAVH) has restructured its auto dealership operations, entrusting management to Primus Group. This change is set to improve efficiency and competitiveness in representing seven car brands across Thailand.
The partnership introduces the “Test Drive Day Primus Expo” at Primus showrooms, featuring new car models, early reservations, and promotional offers. Customers who reserve and collect their vehicles by 15 December 2024 will receive gold worth THB 5,000.
Restructure Enhances Competitiveness
Under the new structure, all TOAVH dealerships now operate under Primus Group’s management, with Jirapol Rujivipat appointed as Managing Director. He will oversee strategy, aiming to maximise efficiency and meet organisational goals.
TOAVH President, Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon, highlighted the company’s focus on stable, eco-friendly growth. Over the past year, TOAVH partnered with four Chinese electric vehicle (EV) brands—Deepal, Zeekr, Omoda & Jaecoo, and Aion—while investing THB 220 million in showroom and service centre upgrades.
Jirapol brings extensive experience to the role, aiming to elevate the dealership business by improving sales, after-sales services, and customer satisfaction.
Seven Brands, One Vision
Primus Group manages 16 showrooms and service centres in Bangkok, Chonburi, and Chiang Mai, representing these brands:
- Mercedes-Benz: Showrooms in Ekamai-Ramintra and Pattaya, managed by Primus Autohaus Co., Ltd.
- Deepal: Locations in Ramkhamhaeng and Chonburi, operated by Primus Mobility Co., Ltd.
- Zeekr: Branches in Ratchaphruek and The Mall Lifestore Bangkae.
- Omoda & Jaecoo: Rama 9 branch, managed by Primus O&J Rama 9 Co., Ltd.
- Aion: Service at Amata Nakorn, Chonburi, by Primus Motors Amata Nakorn Co., Ltd.
- MG: Multiple locations, including Phetkasem, Bangna, Sriracha, and Chiang Mai, managed by Best Auto Sales Group.
- Suzuki: A branch in Sriracha, under ITOA Auto Sales Co., Ltd.
Primus Group will showcase vehicles from all seven brands, offering 0% interest instalments, cash discounts, or flexible payment plans starting from THB 222 per day. Customers can pre-order the latest models or enjoy instalments of up to THB 100,000 for four months.
