Hom: Redefining Flavours with Fermentation
Hom, located in the serene Sawan Pavilion, combines traditional Thai design with modern culinary artistry. The restaurant’s 10-Moments Tasting Menu highlights local ingredients through creative fermentation techniques.
Seasonal produce from Phuket and beyond is transformed into unique dishes paired with house-fermented beverages. A visual “Wall of Creativity” further showcases their fermentation expertise.

Jaras: A Focus on Sustainable Thai Cuisine
Jaras, situated along the beachfront, offers Southern Thai dishes with a sustainable twist. Its 9-Course Sustainability Menu features ingredients like golden apple snails and black chin tilapia, alongside locally sourced produce.
The restaurant works closely with farmers and uses zero-waste cooking techniques. Dishes such as Zero-Waste Kanom Jeen and Giant Blue Crab Curry reflect its eco-conscious ethos.
