Krirk University Among Asia’s Top 150 Universities
Ranked 141st in Asia and 5th in Thailand, Krirk University shines in the QS Asia University Rankings 2025.
Krirk University has secured the 141st spot in the QS Asia University Rankings 2025, announced during the Asia-Pacific Higher Education Summit at Macau University of Science and Technology on November 6, 2024. The university holds 5th place among Thai institutions, marking its third consecutive year in Asia’s top 150 universities.
The 2025 rankings featured a record 984 institutions from 25 countries, 127 more than the previous year. Five Thai universities made it into the top 150, including Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, Chiang Mai University, Thammasat University, and Krirk University.
Krirk University stands out as the only private institution in Thailand to achieve this distinction, competing with over 8,000 universities across Asia. The university has maintained its elite ranking for three consecutive years.
Supported by Thailand’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, Krirk continues to demonstrate academic excellence through teaching and research.
QS evaluates universities on over 10 key factors, such as academic reputation and teaching quality, making it one of the most reliable university ranking organizations globally. Krirk University has also earned a 5-Star QS rating, joining the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) as one of only two Thai universities with this prestigious honor.
