Bosch strengthens its role in Thailand’s EV sector, fostering innovation and sustainable mobility through collaboration and technology.

Thailand is making strides as a leader in Southeast Asia’s electric vehicle (EV) market, with a 6% growth in the first ten months of 2024, despite global challenges slowing EV adoption.

At the Bangkok Motor Expo, the Thai-European Business Association (TEBA) hosted a panel featuring key players in the automotive industry. Bosch, represented by Joseph Hong, Managing Director for Thailand and Laos, joined speakers like Wirat Tatsaringkansakul, President of Mercedes-Benz Thailand, and Gael Boussiere, Managing Director of Umicore Thailand. They discussed how adaptability is crucial for navigating shifting market trends and consumer needs in the EV industry.
