AIS achieved a significant milestone by winning three prestigious awards at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards 2024. This marks the sixth consecutive year AIS has been honored as a top company in Asia, further cementing its commitment to sustainable growth, innovative HR practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

AIS received the following awards:

  1. Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024: AIS has been recognized for six consecutive years, being the only telecommunications company in Thailand to maintain this honor. This award reflects the company’s comprehensive approach to employee care, focusing on development, growth, and well-being.
  2. HR Asia DEI Award: This award acknowledges AIS’s success in embedding DEI principles throughout the organization, fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
  3. HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Award: Highlighting AIS’s commitment to sustainability, this award recognizes the company’s initiatives in fostering a culture of sustainability, from environmental practices to social responsibility.

Kantima Lerlertyuttitham, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of AIS, commented, “These awards affirm AIS’s dedication to human resource excellence and our vision of fostering a growth-driven work environment.

This year, alongside being honored for six consecutive years, we are proud to receive awards for our DEI efforts and sustainable workplace initiatives. These achievements reflect our mission to integrate DEI into our corporate culture and promote innovation and sustainability across all departments.”

AIS’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility is further reflected in initiatives like the ‘Aunjai Arsa’ program, which fosters volunteerism among employees. The program supports projects such as ‘Aunjai Arsa – Career Development,’ helping those impacted by the economic crisis, and the ‘Jump Thailand Hackathon 2024,’ which encourages students to develop solutions for reducing inequality and improving the quality of life for the elderly and disabled.
