Real estate leader Thanis Yaovapongaree blends quality living with smart investments along Phuket’s scenic coastline.

Thanis Yaovapongaree began his career as General Manager at CPF before fully transitioning into real estate. His early ventures focused on rental apartment developments in Bangkok, including The Grand Mansion, City View, and 20 Boutique, located in Lat Krabang and Huai Khwang. These projects, valued at over 3 billion THB, built a strong foundation for his real estate business and provided steady income.

“Real estate isn’t just about building homes; it’s about creating functional and valuable spaces for everyday convenience,” Thanis explained, emphasizing his customer-focused approach.

In 2009, Thanis partnered with Sangtien Simsiriwong to launch the Humble Living brand, focusing on compact condominium developments. Their success led to the formation of Triple Co., Ltd., previously known as Triple Land Development Co., Ltd., which expanded its reach with projects in Suthisan and Ladprao. Popular developments such as Humble Living @ Chintavej, Yuyen, Supalerk, Fuengfu, and The Elegant @ Ladprao 1 achieved quick sell-outs.

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the Bangkok real estate market, prompting Thanis to pause local projects and explore new opportunities in Phuket. In 2023, he founded Star Beach Property Co., Ltd., shifting focus to premium coastal developments aimed at a fresh clientele.

Pier22 @ Bangtao Beach marks Star Beach Property’s first project. Situated in a prime location near Bang Tao Beach, the low-rise condominium consists of two eight-storey buildings with 146 units. Designed with sustainability in mind, it features amenities like a swimming pool, fitness center, and sea-view relaxation spaces.

“Pier22 is more than a condominium. It’s about creating a lifestyle that connects people with nature,” Thanis remarked, highlighting the project’s combination of quality living and investment potential.
